PELAN PENJANA BAGI INDUSTRI KREATIF - INISIATIF PEMULIHAN CENDANA

  • Pelan PENJANA bagi Industri Kreatif adalah sebuah inisiatif yang pelbagai untuk memulihkan industri kreatif termasuk juga seni dan budaya, di bawah Pelan Pemulihan Ekonomi Jangka Pendek PENJANA, yang bakal ditadbir dan diurus oleh MyCreative Ventures dan CENDANA, di bawah pengawasan Kementerian Komunikasi dan Multimedia.

    Ia telah dirangka khas untuk membantu industri seni, budaya, hiburan dan pementasan, sama ada dalam kalangan para penggiat mahupun perniagaan yang berteraskan seni, yang terkesan dengan pandemik COVID-19, untuk bangkit semula dan meneruskan aktiviti kreatif mereka. Inisiatif-inisiatif di bawah CENDANA adalah bertumpu khusus kepada industri-industri seni dan budaya.

    Objektif utama adalah untuk membantu aktiviti dan perniagaan industri kreatif untuk dimulakan semula dan kekal rancak demi menyokong pendapatan penggiat-penggiat industri yang amat bergantung kepadanya.



    Program Pemulihan 
    Ruang Seni

    Program Pemulihan Ruang Seni berharap dapat mempersiapkan, melatih dan memperbaiki ruang seni persembahan, seni visual dan muzik independen serta kraf di seluruh negara untuk bersedia dalam menyediakan persekitaran yang selamat dan sihat untuk penonton/ peserta. Di samping itu, program ini menyokong perbelanjaan operasi asas iaitu sewa, utiliti dan kos pemasaran.
















    NILAI GERAN
    Program Pembaikan Ruang Seni menyokong sehingga RM 35,000 untuk tempat yang mengambil bahagian. Kos latihan ditanggung sepenuhnya oleh CENDANA.

    Program Pembiayaan Ketahanan Organisasi Seni


    Program Pembiayaan Ketahanan Organisasi Seni memberikan sokongan kepada organisasi, persatuan dan pertubuhan seni berdaftar merangkumi sektor seni persembahan, seni visual dan muzik independen serta kraf untuk kesinambungan seni, perkembangan demi ketahanan dan menyokong kelestarian. Tujuan pembiayaan merangkumi amalan sokongan dan operasi organisasi seni di Malaysia.
















    NILAI GERAN
    Program Pembiayaan Ketahanan Organisasi Seni menyokong sehingga RM 150,000 setiap organisasi seni bagi tempoh dua belas (12) bulan.

    Program Komisen Seni Awam Art in the City

    Program Komisen Seni Awam Art in the City adalah inisiatif untuk menjadikan seni sebagai sebahagian daripada kawasan bandar kita dan mendekatkan seni dengan rakyat Malaysia. Tujuan ini boleh dicapai dengan mengkomisenkan para seniman Malaysia untuk membuat program seni masyarakat yang unik dengan menampilkan seni dengan penglibatan awam di lokasi terpilih / yang dicadangkan. Lokasi tersebut adalah ruang untuk orang ramai tinggal, bekerja dan bermain.

    Program ini akan memberi peluang kepada seniman, kolektif dan organisasi individu Malaysia, selain kumpulan seni masyarakat di seluruh negara untuk memupuk semangat di bandar mereka dengan menganjurkan program seni atau perkhidmatan terhadap sektor seni yang lestari melalui penciptaan dan persembahan aktiviti dan inisiatif seni untuk diadakan di tempat-tempat awam di Malaysia.

    Program ini menyokong projek-projek dari sektor seni persembahan, seni visual, sektor muzik independen dan juga kraf.

    Program Pembiayaan Seni Persembahan CENDANA

    Program Pembiayaan Seni Persembahan CENDANA bertujuan untuk menyokong pembangunan sektor seni persembahan melalui penciptaan karya, pembangunan amalan seni, membina jaringan, penganjuran projek seni persembahan, inisiatif peningkatan kemahiran, mobiliti serta usaha mempromosikan karya-karya persembahan hasil seniman Malaysia.

    Program pembiayaan ini menggalakkan usahasama di antara pelbagai sektor seni, pengembangan kualiti penghasilan karya, meluaskan akses terhadap seni dan seterusnya perkembangan menyeluruh terhadap sektor ini.

    Program Pembiayaan Seni Persembahan CENDANA menyokong sehingga RM 30,000 bagi sepanjang tempoh projek.

    Pilihan Industri Kraf CENDANA

    Pilihan Industri Seni Kraf
    Pilihan Industri Seni Kraf bertujuan untuk menaikkan industri kraftangan Malaysia dengan menawarkan pengiktirafan dan penghargaan khas kepada artisan Malaysia, pembuat kraf dan pengeluar seni tradisional, kraf dan perdagangan terancam demi kelestarian ekonomi kraf Malaysia.

    Melalui pendekatan pelbagai lapisan, Pilihan Industri Seni Kraf memilih dan memberi insentif kepada artisan, pembuat kraf, dan pengeluar mahir dengan adil ke seluruh negara untuk pengembangan dan pengeluaran produk mereka.

    Dalam semangat melestarikan dan mengekalkan karya seni kraf, Pilihan Industri Seni Kraf mendorong artisan Malaysia yang mahir di sektor kraf untuk terus menghasilkan, berinovasi dan memasarkan kraf mereka sebagai sumbangan langsung kepada ekonomi kraf dengan mengemukakan permohonan mereka atau dengan mencalonkan mana-mana seniman di dalam industri kraf.

    Insentif tunai sehinggat RM 30,000 untuk individu / kolektif / artisan, pembuat kraf dan pengeluar / organisasi Malaysia di seluruh negara.

    Program Pembiayaan 
    Karya Kilat

    Program Pembiayaan Karya Kilat bertujuan untuk memupuk dan menyokong pembangunan artistik dan pembentangan idea-idea melalui cara-cara yang imaginatif walaupun berdepan dengan kekangan fizikal terhadap sumber melalui geran sehingga RM 1,500 bagi setiap artis / individu seni budaya serta artisan dan pembuat kraf dan RM 3,500 bagi setiap kolektif / organisasi seni.















    Program Pembiayaan Karya Kilat akan memulakan fasa kelima pada 16 Julai 2020 setiap bulan.


    Program Pembiayaan Muzik Independen

    Program Pembiayaan Muzik Independen menyokong pembangunan dan penciptaan karya baharu muzik independen tempatan. Matlamat program ini adalah untuk memperluaskan kepelbagaian karya yang berkualiti tinggi untuk penonton di Malaysia dan menggalakkan pengamal tempatan untuk meluaskan sempadan muzik mereka.







    NILAI GERAN
    Program Pembiayaan Muzik Independen menyokong sehingga RM 30,000 bagi sepanjang tempoh projek.

    Program Pembiayaan Inspirasi Seni Visual

    Program Pembiayaan Inspirasi Seni Visual menggalakkan dan menyokong penggiat seni visual lebih daripada dua belas (12) tahun pengalaman untuk meningkatkan keupayaan mereka sebagai penggiat seni aktif dengan memberikan mereka peluang untuk mengambil bahagian dalam proses penerokaan kreatif dan lawatan penyelidikan untuk membantu dalam proses artistik mereka yang berkaitan dalam mana-mana bidang seni pilihan mereka, di Malaysia atau Asia Tenggara bagi satu tempoh sehingga dua (2) bulan. Permohonan oleh penggiat-penggiat seni visual wanita adalah sangat digalakkan dan keutamaan akan diberi kepada penyelidikan yang dijalankan di Malaysia.

    NILAI GERAN
    Program Pembiayaan Inspirasi Seni Visual menyokong sehingga RM 15,000 untuk perjalanan dan penyelidikan dan sehingga RM 30,000 untuk pameran susulan.

    Program Pembiayaan Pameran Seni Visual

    Program Pembiayaan Pameran Seni Visual menggalakkan dan menyokong ekspresi kontemporari seni visual di tempat-tempat seni bebas, alternatif dan eksperimental, ruangan persendirian yang dikendalikan oleh artis dan penggiat seni budaya di kawasan kejiranan yang kurang mendapat perhatian bagi kurator seni bebas dan penganjur bebas yang terlibat secara aktif dalam sektor seni visual di Malaysia yang bergiat di luar rangka kerja muzium dan galeri komersial tradisional.

    Program Pembiayaan Pameran Seni Visual menyokong sehingga RM 30,000 bagi sepanjang tempoh projek.

    Program Pemulihan 
    Ruang Seni


    Program Pemulihan Ruang Seni berharap dapat mempersiapkan, melatih dan memperbaiki ruang seni persembahan, seni visual dan muzik independen serta kraf di seluruh negara untuk bersedia dalam menyediakan persekitaran yang selamat dan sihat untuk penonton/ peserta. Di samping itu, program ini menyokong perbelanjaan operasi asas iaitu sewa, utiliti dan kos pemasaran.























    NILAI GERAN
    Program Pembaikan Ruang Seni menyokong sehingga RM 35,000 untuk tempat yang mengambil bahagian. Kos latihan ditanggung sepenuhnya oleh CENDANA.

    Program Pembiayaan Ketahanan Organisasi Seni memberikan sokongan kepada organisasi, persatuan dan pertubuhan seni berdaftar merangkumi sektor seni persembahan, seni visual dan muzik independen serta kraf untuk kesinambungan seni, perkembangan demi ketahanan dan menyokong kelestarian.     RM 190juta telah diperuntukkan bagi menyokong industry kreatif melalui MyCreative Ventures. Inisiatif ini akan membantu perniagaan industri kreatif dalam meringankan bebanan aliran tunai yang dihadapi oleh PKS, artis, koletif dan organisasi yang terkesan oleh pandemik ini.     Pinjaman Pemulihan Perniagaan Kreatif (CBRL)

    Geran Pemulihan Industri Kreatif (GPIK) menawarkan bantuan-bantuan untuk inisiatif berikut:

    Program Halaju Digital adalah usaha untuk membantu pengiat industri kreatif untuk menerapkan aspek digital atau dalam talian kepada perniagaan atau aktiviti kreatif mereka selain untuk membimbing mereka menyesuaikan diri dengan norma baharu melalui latihan yang merangkumi kaedah dan promosi pengedaran digital, pembangunan model perniagaan baharu dan saluran perhubungan.

    PINJAMAN MUDAH BAGI SEKTOR SENI, BUDAYA DAN HIBURAN
    Pinjaman Mudah Bagi Sektor Seni, Budaya dan Hiburan yang diperkenalkan di bawah Pelan PENJANA adalah inisiatif yang disasarkan kepada syarikat-syarikat kreatif yang telah terjejas akibat pandemik COVID-19, demi membangunkan semula perniagaan mereka dan meneruskan kesinambungan ekosistem industri kreatif tempatan.

    Pinjaman Mudah Bagi Sektor Seni, Budaya dan Hiburan ini adalah disasarkan kepada usahawan mikro, penerbit, penggiat seni yang telah lama bertapak di dalam industri. Ia juga turut disasarkan kepada mereka yang memerlukan pembiayaan setelah berjaya dianugerahkan kontrak penerbitan.

    Pinjaman Mudah Bagi Sektor Seni, Budaya dan Hiburan ditawarkan kepada pendaftar syarikat milikan tunggal / perkongsian / syarikat Sdn. Bhd yang terlibat di dalam industri kreatif, khususnya syarikat dikategorikan dalam sepuluh (10) subsektor kreatif yang disokong oleh MyCreative Ventures.

    Terdapat tiga (3) jenis program:

    • Pinjaman Pemulihan Industri Kreatif (PPIK) adalah untuk syarikat Sendirian Berhad dengan pendapatan lebih dari RM1 juta dan/atau telah beroperasi lebih dari tiga (3) tahun.
    Jumlah Pinjaman, Kadar Faedah dan Tempoh Pinjaman
    Jumlah pinjaman PPIK adalah antara RM100,000 hingga RM500,000. Kadar faedah ditetapkan pada kadar 3.5% setahun berdasarkan kaedah baki berkurangan. Tempoh pinjaman adalah sehingga lapan puluh empat (84) bulan.
    • Pinjaman Mikro bagi Usahawan Kreatif (PMUK) adalah pinjaman berjangka untuk yang beroperasi dalam industri kreatif, berdaftar dengan Pejabat Pendaftar Syarikat sebagai Sdn Bhd, dengan pendapatan kurang dari RM1 juta dan/atau telah beroperasi kurang dari tiga (3) tahun.
    Jumlah Pinjaman, Kadar Faedah dan Tempoh Pinjaman
    Jumlah pinjaman PMUK adalah antara RM50,000 hingga RM150,000. Kadar faedah ditetapkan pada kadar 3.5% setahun berdasarkan kaedah baki berkurangan. Tempoh pinjaman adalah sehingga lapan puluh empat (84) bulan.
    • Pinjaman Pengantaraan bagi Penerbit Kandungan Industri Kreatif (PPKK) adalah dirangka khas untuk penerbit kandungan yang telah berjaya dianugerahkan kontrak penerbitan oleh syarikat penyiaran dan agensi terpilih.
    Jumlah dan Tempoh Pinjaman
    Jumlah pinjaman PPKK adalah sehingga 70% dari nilai kontrak tidak melebihi RM500,000. Tempoh pinjaman adalah sehingga lapan belas (18) bulan.

    SKIM PADANAN PINJAMAN PELABURAN
    Skim Padanan Pinjaman Pelaburan yang direka khas bagi membolehkan dan memperkasa syarikat penerbitan kandungan tempatan yang bersedia untuk menjalankan penerbitan secara pelaburan bersama di peringkat tempatan mahupun antarbangsa.

    Jumlah Pinjaman, Kadar Faedah dan Tempoh Pinjaman
    Jumlah pinjaman sehingga RM2,500,000. Kadar faedah minimum 3.5% setahun dan pembayarannya akan ditangguhkan dan sehingga tarikh penerimaan hasil pertama. Tempoh pinjaman adalah sehingga enam puluh (60) bulan.

    Pakej Prihatin
    Pakej Rangsangan Ekonomi Prihatin Rakyat (PRIHATIN) telah dilancarkan oleh Perdana Menteri secara berperingkat dari bulan Mac hingga April 2020 untuk menyokong individu, keluarga dan organisasi Malaysia.
    Bantuan Makanan
    Selain itu, CENDANA kini sedang berusaha mengenal pasti artis dan pekerja seni budaya yang memerlukan bantuan makanan. Pada masa ini, tumpuan hanya akan diberikan kepada mereka yang menetap di Lembah Klang, dengan pendapatan isi rumah RM 4,000 dan ke bawah.

    Artis dan pekerja seni budaya yang menepati definisi ini adalah digalakkan untuk mengisi borang dengan mengklik butang di bawah. Borang yang dihantar akan dinilai dengan sewajarnya. Pelbagai rakan kongsi swasta akan berusaha dalam mengedarkan bantuan makanan kepada mereka yang memerlukan.

    MyCreative Ventures
    MyCreative bekerjasama dengan 20 penerbit buku dengan memberi penajaan kupon diskaun pembelian buku di atas talian sebanyak RM20,000 untuk membantu industri penerbitan dan menggalakkan amalan membaca di rumah ketika Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan (PKP) dikuatkuasakan.

    Sebanyak RM30,000 (dalam bentuk penajaan kupon diskaun pembelian) juga diperuntukkan untuk usahawan fesyen yang menyertai kempen 'RIUH Raya Rumah'.
    RIUH
    RIUH telah melancarkan kempen 'RIUH in your Homes' dengan mengongsikan kandungan oleh pesonaliti tempatan dan persembahan ‘live’ di mana artis-artis baru dijemput untuk menghiburkan peminat-peminat di rumah melalui Instagram. Persembahan ringkas oleh artis tersebut akan mendapat pembayaran dari RIUH.

    Manakala melalui konsep 'RIUH Talks', ikon-ikon berkaitan akan dijemput untuk berkongsi pengalaman perniagaan di atas talian melalui ‘webminar’ bersama netizen. Edisi atas talian pertama, 'RIUH Raya Rumah' akan menampilkan 80 jenama terpilih serta membantu peruncit fesyen dengan penajaan kupon diskaun pembelian bernilai RM30,000 yang dibolehkan melalui MyCreative untuk menggalakkan jualan peruncit fesyen.

    Crafts Industry Choice aims to elevate the Malaysian handicrafts industry by offering recognitions and special acknowledgements to Malaysian artisans, craft makers and producers of traditional arts, crafts and endangered trades for the sustainability of the Malaysian crafts economy.

    Through a multipronged approach, the Crafts Industry Choice selects and incentivises equitable skilled artisans, craft makers, and producers nationwide for the development and production of their products.

    In the spirit of conserving and sustaining artisanal work, the Crafts Industry Choice encourages skilled Malaysian artisans in the crafts sector to continue producing, innovating and marketing their crafts as a direct contribution to the crafts economy by submitting their applications or by nominating others in the crafts industry.

    Cash incentive amounting up to RM 30,000 for Malaysian individual / collective / artisans, craft-makers and producers / organisations nationwide.


    Create Now Funding Programme

    Create Now Funding Programme aims to cultivate and support artistic development and presentation of ideas in imaginative ways despite physical limitation to resources via grants of up to RM 1,500 per individual artist/cultural worker as well as artisans and craft-makers and RM 3,500 per collective/arts organisation.

    Independent Music Funding Programme supports the creation and adaptation of Malaysian independent music content. The Programme’s aim is to expand the range of high-quality works for audiences in Malaysia and to encourage local practitioners to push the boundaries of their music.

    Visual Arts Inspire Funding Programme

    Visual Arts Inspire Funding Programme encourages and supports visual artists with more than twelve (12) years of experience to enhance their capacity as practising artists by providing them an opportunity to participate in a creative exploration process and research excursion to assist in their artistic process, in any field of interest of their art practice, within Malaysia or Southeast Asia for a duration of up to two (2) months. Applications by women visual artists are highly encouraged and priority is given to research conducted within Malaysia.

    Visual Arts Inspire Funding Programme supports up to RM 15,000 for the journey and research; and up to RM 30,000 for the follow-up exhibition.

    Visual Arts Inspire Funding Programme

    Visual Arts Inspire Funding Programme encourages and supports visual artists with more than twelve (12) years of experience to enhance their capacity as practising artists by providing them an opportunity to participate in a creative exploration process and research excursion to assist in their artistic process, in any field of interest of their art practice, within Malaysia or Southeast Asia for a duration of up to two (2) months. Applications by women visual artists are highly encouraged and priority is given to research conducted within Malaysia.

    Visual Arts Inspire Funding Programme supports up to RM 15,000 for the journey and research; and up to RM 30,000 for the follow-up exhibition.

    Visual Arts Showcase Funding Programme


    Visual Arts Showcase Funding Programme encourages and supports the contemporary expression of visual art through independent, alternative and experimental art venues, artist-run spaces and underserved neighbourhood culture activators as well as independent art curators and organisers that are actively engaged in the Malaysian visual arts sector outside the traditional commercial gallery and museum framework.

    Arts Organisation Resilience Funding Programme provides support to registered artistic organisations, associations and societies across the performing arts, visual arts and independent music sectors for arts continuity, development for resilience and supporting sustainability.     Art in the City Public Art Commissioning Programme

    Art in the City Public Art Commissioning Programme is an initiative to make art a part of our urban spaces and bring arts closer to Malaysians. It aims to achieve this by commissioning public art/ community arts-based programmes that present public arts engagement in spaces where Malaysians live, work and play.

    The programme will provide opportunities for professional individual artists, collectives and organisations, in addition to community arts-based groups nationwide to nurture vibrancy in their cities.

    Art in the City Public Art Commissioning Programme

    Art in the City Public Art Commissioning Programme is an initiative to make art part of our urban spaces and bring art closer to Malaysians. It aims to achieve this by commissioning Malaysian artists to create a unique public artwork/ community art-based programmes that present public art engagement for selected/ proposed sites. These sites are spaces for the public to live, work and play.

    The programme will provide opportunities for Malaysian individual artists, collectives and organisations, in addition to community art-based groups nationwide to nurture vibrancy in their cities to deliver sustainable artistic program or services for the arts through the creation and presentation of art activities and initiatives to be held in public spaces in Malaysia.

    The programme supports the mentioned projects from the performing arts, visual arts, independent music and crafts sector.

    Funding Programme

    Performing Arts Presentation Funding Programme aims to support growth of the performing arts sector through creation of work, development of practice, building networks, facilitation of arts projects, upskilling initiatives, as well as mobility and promotion of Malaysian made showcases. The funding programme enables and encourages multidisciplinary collaborations, expansion of quality creations, creating greater access to the arts and development of the sector.

    Performing Arts Presentation Funding Programme supports up to RM 30,000 for the duration of the project.

    Craft Industry Choice

    Craft Industry Choice aims to elevate the Malaysian handicrafts industry by offering recognitions and special acknowledgements to Malaysian artisans, craft makers and producers of traditional arts, crafts and endangered trades for the sustainability of the Malaysian crafts economy.

    Through a multipronged approach, the Craft Industry Choice selects and incentivises equitable skilled artisans, craft makers, and producers nationwide for the development and production of their products.

    In the spirit of conserving and sustaining artisanal work, the Craft Industry Choice encourages skilled Malaysian artisans in the crafts sector to continue producing, innovating and marketing their crafts as a direct contribution to the crafts economy by submitting their applications or by nominating others in the crafts industry.

    Cash incentive amounting up to 
    RM 30,000 for Malaysian individual / collective / artisans, craft-makers and producers / organisations nationwide.
    Create Now Funding Programme

    Create Now Funding Programme aims to cultivate and support artistic development and presentation of ideas in imaginative ways despite physical limitation to resources via grants of up to RM 1,500 per individual artist/cultural worker as well as artisans and craft-makers and RM 3,500 per collective/arts organisation.






    Application opens on 16 July 2020 on a monthly basis

    Independent Music Funding Programme supports the creation and adaptation of Malaysian independent music content. The Programme’s aim is to expand the range of high-quality works for audiences in Malaysia and to encourage local practitioners to push the boundaries of their music.

    The Digital Marketing and Promotions Grant has been specially designed to support and to assist creative industry players such as visual artists, performing artists, musicians, sculptors, manuscript writers, seamstresses, culinary artists, traditional artists, designers in marketing his/her creative products/ services/ talents on the internet, via applications, display advertising and any other digital mediums such as Media Prima Digital, Astro or other platforms agreeable with MyCreative Ventures as listed below:

    CREATIVE INDUSTRY RECOVERY GRANT (CIRG)

    The Creative Industry Recovery Grant (CIRG) offers the following initiatives:

    • Digital Events & Exhibition Showcase Grants (CIRG Digital Events)
    To restart live events, performances and creative exhibition which have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The supported projects shall relate to creative industries that are within the mandate of MyCreative Ventures.
    • Literature & Publishing Grants (CIRG Literature)
    Assistance to local book publishers, book writers dan magazine publishers to help stimulate and facilitate the continuation and recovery of research, writing, publishing and sales of locally written literature works, as well as promote local literature, fiction, non-fiction, graphic novel, comics, poetry, biography, studies and reports.

    • Arthouse-Festival Feature Film Grants (CIRG Art Films)
    To help the continuation and recovery of local arthouse-festival feature films through funding of development and production of a small number of arthouse-festival feature films including feature documentaries.

    FAST-TRACK SOFT LOANS
    Fast-Track Soft Loans is an initiative targeted towards creative businesses that have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, seeking to revive their businesses and facilitate continuity within the local creative industry ecosystem.

    They are designed for more seasoned and independent producers and practitioners with already stable business models as well as micro-entrepreneurs in the creative industry, and those seeking contract financing for production contracts.

    Fast-Track Soft Loans is offered to sole Proprietorship / Partnership / Incorporated Company (Sendirian Berhad) within the creative industry, specifically within the ten (10) supported creative pillars of MyCreative Ventures.

    There are three (3) types of programmes:
    • Creative Industry Business Revival Loan (CBRL) is for a Sdn. Bhd. company with revenue of more than RM1.0M and/or in active operation of more than three (3) years.
    Loan Amount, Interest Rate and Loan Tenure
    CBRL loan amount is between RM100,000 and RM500,000. Interest rate is fixed at 3.5% per annum on a reducing balance basis. Loan tenure is up to eighty four (84) months.

    • Creative Industry Micro-Financing for Creative Entrepreneur (CMCE) is for a Sole Proprietorship / Partnership / Sdn. Bhd. company with revenue of less than RM1.0M and/or in operation of more than six (6) months.
    Loan Amount, Interest Rate and Loan Tenure
    MCE loan amount is between RM50,000 and RM150,000. Interest rate is fixed at 3.5% per annum on a reducing balance basis. Loan tenure is up to eighty four (84) months.
    • Creative Industry Bridging Facility for Content Producers (CBFC) is for content producer with contracts secured from selected broadcasters and agencies.
    Loan Amount, Interest Rate and Loan Tenure
    BFCP loan amount is up to 70% of contract value not exceeding RM500,000. Loan tenure is up to eighteen (18) months.

    MATCHING INVESTMENT LOAN SCHEME
    Matching Investment Loan Scheme (MILS) is designed to help enable and empower more matured local content production companies that are ready to enter co-investment production partnerships at the local or international level.

    MILS is a funding facility custom-made to suit the Co-Investment Co-Production Agreement terms.

    Loan Amount, Interest Rate and Loan Tenure

    MILS loan amount is up RM2,500,000. Interest rate will be at a minimum of 3.5% per annum and its payment will be deferred and will accrue until the date of first revenue receipt. Loan tenure is up to sixty (60) months.

    In addition to CENDANA,  the Government of Malaysia and other bodies are also offering support during this period, for individuals and organisations.

    Prihatin Package
    The PRIHATIN Economic Stimulus Package (ESP) was unveiled by the Prime Minister in stages from March to April 2020 to support Malaysian individuals, families and organisations.
    Food Aid Support
    Apart from that, CENDANA is currently working on identifying artists and cultural workers in need of food assistance. For the time being, focus will be given to those residing in Klang Valley, with a household income of RM 4,000 and below. Artists and cultural workers who fit this definition are encouraged to fill a form by clicking the button below. The submitted forms will be reviewed accordingly. Various private partners will be working on distributing food aid to those in need.
    MyCreative Ventures
    MyCreative is collaborating with 20 book publishers with RM20,000 in book sales support to help the publishing industry and encourage reading at home during the Movement Control Order (MCO).

    RM30,000 worth of sales support for fashion retailers will also be distributed via the ‘RIUH Raya Rumah’ campaign.
    RIUH
    RIUH has kickstarted ‘RIUH in your Homes’ featuring ‘Personality Takeovers’, live gigs where artists are paid to perform and ‘RIUH Talks’ via social media to support the creative community.

    RIUH’s very first online edition, ‘RIUH Raya Rumah’ which will feature 80 curated brands will be assisting fashion retailers with RM30,000 worth of sales support powered by MyCreative to encourage sales for fashion retailers.
